Sam has a strong operations background with practical experience in hospitality, tourism and events. Sam’s key responsibilities are oversight and custom design of event software projects for client events, particularly using EventsAir, in which she has become a real expert by dedicating exceptional time and energy to learning all the nuances and capabilities of the system. This allows her to work on improving efficiency, quality and security of data management, and the end user experience. Her skills include abstract management, delegate and registration management, exhibition and sponsorship management, as well as development of event apps, online platforms, and websites. She also contributes to speaker management, sponsor and exhibitor liaison, exhibition management, finance management, production and styling. A plant enthusiast with a consistently positive attitude, she enjoys getting to use her deep knowledge, problem solving skills and creativity to create the best outcomes for clients.
