We take a project management approach to every event. We work with your event committee or key personnel and incorporate your deadlines, milestones, and industry calendar into our project plan. We provide progress reports and post-event reports to suit your organisation’s requirements.

Our project management tools are designed so that all Wise Connections team members can help deliver your event if required, eliminating the risk of major delays or staffing gaps in the case of unforeseen personnel changes.

Wise Connections will work with you to manage registration income, refunds and finance reconciliation, as well as overall event budget management. We use EventsAir registration software with secure payment gateway, Eway.

To manage your overall event budget, we use Wise Connection’s event budget template which has been developed over 25 years, and ensures we track invoiced expenses against an approved budget, and track your bottom line.
